This site is to present a property for sale from private to horsepeople looking for a manageable estate and enjoying comfortable country lifestyle.

We are a swiss couple with a longlasting and affecionate realionship with horses, horseracing and especially with Ireland - the "Horseracing Nation".

Beeing tired of travelling every other week we bought the property 2010 and started an extensively renovation that lasts more than one year - always aware to obtain the historic character and the unique atmosphere.

So we restored with lovingly hands the house, the stables, the garden and the outdoor facilities combined with modern technologies to create a comfortable, effective and authentic rural living environment.

Everything has been done to turn the premises in a very good horse place by every means.

Unfortunately we are forced due to health reasons to stay the whole year in Switzerland and we had to make the decision to put the property back on the market.
